This Refund Policy restates the subscription refund rules in our Terms of Service. Merchant refunds to their own customers remain the merchant’s responsibility.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by mandatory law or expressly stated in writing.

2. Subscription fees
Fees are billed in advance per billing cycle unless stated otherwise.
There is no free trial: paid packages start after checkout, and the Free package starts without a card.
3. Refunds
Fees are non-refundable except where required by mandatory law or expressly stated in writing.
4. Merchant refunds to customers
You are the seller of record to your customers. You publish and follow the refund rules that apply to those sales.
