Plans that grow with you

Starter, Growth, and Scale are three straightforward plans. Each one includes the menu helper, Kayan in chat with configurable tone, slip validation, your social channels, and wallet basics. Higher plans give you more monthly messages and more paid seats. You are buying back time: fewer missed DMs, fewer tabs, and less manual order entry so you can focus on quality and operations.

Pick what fits today; you can move up when your shop is busier. The numbers below show monthly price in the currency you selected in settings.

Waitlist first

We onboard teams in controlled batches so support and product feedback stay high quality. Join the waitlist with a few details about your shop; we email when it is your turn.

Upgrade when you outgrow a plan

If you add more products, customers, or people logging in at once, move to the next tier. Billing follows your plan cycle — one inbox across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook, with Kayan handling repetitive thread work.

Display currency vs settlement

You can show prices in the currency that makes sense for your team and buyers. The way money actually moves still depends on the payment methods available in your country and your connected accounts.

Every plan includes a 7-day trial, or the trial ends when you reach 100 Kayan-handled inbound messages—whichever comes first. After trial, monthly limits on each card apply. Card prices use the row for your selected currency.

How usage is counted

Message

Any inbound customer message that Kayan reads and responds to. Outbound push notifications or tracking updates you send manually do not count.

Paid seat

A future paid login that can use the CRM, change Kayan’s prompts, or override a live conversation. Beta workspaces are typically single-owner; seat enforcement is on the roadmap.

View-only

You may add unlimited view-only logins (for example warehouse or accounting) that can read tracking and orders. Any login that can type in chat or change settings needs a paid seat.

When you go past included volume

  • Around 90% of your included messages for the month, we send an email or SMS heads-up. We do not cut off your storefront at 100% mid-cycle.
  • After 100%, the card on file may be charged automatically for an additional message pack for that billing period. Pack size and price are always shown at checkout and on the invoice, in your billing currency.
  • Each additional paid seat is billed monthly at the extra-seat rate shown on the plan row, in the same currency as that row.
