Home stays quiet when Kayan is off
The Home dashboard no longer asks for Kayan approvals when the workspace does not have Kayan, so staff are not shown a failed load.
Fixed
- Home does not ask for Kayan approvals unless the session can manage Kayan. A forbidden response is treated as unavailable: no error chip and no retry.
