Every tenant and customer email now uses one calm layout: shop name, status, details, and a clear next step — in English and Arabic.

- Order confirmation and each status update include items, totals, progress, and a track or receipt button.
- Daily and weekly report emails show KPI tiles with change versus the previous period, a status breakdown, top items, and a capped order list.
- Password reset and email verification use the same layout as order and report mail.
