Safer tills, sealed receipts, and a shareable e-receipt
Voids and refunds need a manager and a reason, new receipts keep a shop number, cash-up is safer, and you can send the real receipt by WhatsApp or email.
New
- Void and refund need a manager or the matching permission, a written reason, and they cannot undo each other. Every till action is written to a manager audit list.
- New receipts get a gapless shop number such as the first letters of the shop plus a sequence. Old tickets keep their number. A voided ticket keeps the same number.
- Tax on the ticket follows the shop country and stays zero in Kuwait. The printed receipt is Arabic and English on one page, with the logo, tax line, and a scan code.
- Share the real receipt with a private link over WhatsApp or email. Hand an open drawer to another cashier with a counted amount.
Improved
- The manager PIN is stored hashed. Cash-up uses a shop variance limit of 1.000 in Kuwait. If no PIN is set, a manager can approve from their own login. Long-open tills send a workspace alert. Refunds after close show on that shift’s report.
