Product photos, margin, and low-stock alerts
Crop a square on upload, walk the missing-image queue, see margin on each row, and set a low-stock alert per tracked product.
New
- On upload, crop a square then resize to at most one thousand two hundred pixels as a modern or common photo at about eighty percent.
- Margin is price minus unit cost, as an amount and a percent. The list shows a chip — red below twenty percent, amber from twenty to forty — and the sheet shows the same.
- A per-product low-stock threshold for tracked items adds a Low stock card, a badge, a home notice, and one workspace notice when stock first crosses the line.

- A Missing image card opens a queue so staff can step through products and add a photo quickly.
