Product spreadsheet import and export
Export all or selected products to a spreadsheet or text file, then upload a file, preview new rows, updates, and errors, and confirm in one save.
New
- Export writes SKU, both names, category, price, unit cost, active, available, track stock, stock quantity, and both descriptions.
- Import matches SKU first, then the exact English name. It never deletes products. Categories are created only when that option is ticked.
Improved
- A preview table shows new, update, and error rows with the reason. Confirm applies valid rows in one transaction, capped at two thousand rows and five megabytes.
Security
- Cells that look like a formula get a leading quote. Plain numeric negatives such as -50 stay as the number.
