Catalog list with totals and a side sheet
The catalog list now matches Orders and Deposits: clickable totals, one status chip, row checkboxes, and the editor in a side sheet. Staff can mark an item unavailable today; it returns at the next business day on the register and the shop.
New
- An Available today toggle 86s an item until the next business day. The register grid and the shop hide it for that window.
Improved
- Totals filter the list when clicked: active, unavailable today, missing image, missing description, missing SKU or cost, and untracked stock.
- Row checkboxes use the Orders selection set. Select-all can sit half-checked. Desktop rows and mobile cards share the same selection, and Arabic layout mirrors.
Fixed
- Each row shows exactly one status chip. Extra facts stay as small grey text only when they add something. Labels never repeat.
