Order-only addresses stay off the saved list
An address kept on this order only no longer appears in the customer saved list and never becomes the default. The book again reads the last fifty orders so older addresses remain.

- The address book looks back through fifty past orders again so older addresses are not dropped.
- Saving a new address to the customer remains the default choice on the register.
