Three bookings a day per catering service
Each catering service now allows three bookings on a shop-local day, unless the shop sets a different daily limit. Capacity shows a service-by-day heatmap, coloured totals, and one save.
New
- A fourth booking on the same service and day is blocked unless an owner or operations user writes a reason. Draft, completed, closed, cancelled, missed, and expired bookings do not count.
Improved
- Morning and evening follow a shop cut-off, default four in the afternoon. The capacity page and the booking check use the same split.
- Capacity opens on a seven, fourteen, or thirty day heatmap with weekday dates, four totals cards, and unused defaults folded away. Time slots and closures are chips. Unsaved changes warn before leaving.
Fixed
- Today follows the shop timezone. The hourly grid shows bookings before eight in the morning. Closed days and inactive services no longer inflate how full the shop looks.
