Services pages open faster
Bookings calendar, capacity, and packages load with far fewer repeated reads. The pages look and behave the same.

- The calendar and capacity pages read shop hours and blackouts once per request instead of once per day and service.
- Opening capacity no longer rebuilds packages on every visit. Packages stay in sync when a service is saved.
- The notification list loads linked orders in one read. Services pages no longer fetch the same path twice.
