Booking deposits and payment schedule
Each package can set a deposit rule: none, a percentage, or a fixed amount, with a due-by date. The booking drawer shows the deposit and balance schedule with paid, unpaid, and overdue labels. Staff can record a payment against the booking order, and the bookings list shows deposits due, overdue, and collected. Saving Capacity no longer clears closures by accident, and a package with future bookings cannot be archived.

- A package used by a future active booking cannot be archived.
