Booking capacity by day and slot
Capacity shows how full each catering service is in the morning and evening. Creating or editing a booking warns or blocks a full slot, and an owner can override with a reason. The calendar and booking drawer show the same usage. Draft and completed bookings do not count.

- The Capacity page lists morning and evening usage for each service, and you can edit the slot and day limits from there.
- Creating or editing a booking warns or blocks a full slot. An owner or operations user can override with a reason.
Improved
- The booking calendar and booking drawer show used and remaining capacity with the same cards and colours as Orders.
Fixed
- Draft and completed bookings no longer count toward capacity. Only active bookings do.
