Booking trips, day sheet, and finance
Each booking can have drop-off and pickup trips, a zone delivery fee that staff can waive or raise with a reason, a day sheet, and a period finance report.
New
- Delivery and pickup trips reuse the order driver picker. The fee starts from delivery zones; staff can waive or increase it and the name and reason are stored.
- An operations day sheet lists setup time, staff, equipment, and trips. Per-booking finance shows revenue, deposit, staff cost, delivery, damage recovered, and margin, with a CSV or spreadsheet export.
- Balance-due and milestone reminders open a WhatsApp link with a ready message. There is no WhatsApp API send. Equipment return tracks what is out against owned counts. One draft payroll run is kept per workspace month.
Improved
- Before photos stay optional. A warning shows at handover when none are uploaded, and status can still change.
Fixed
- Opening a booking, the day sheet, or the finance report no longer writes a delivery fee or trip rows. Those save only when staff set a fee or a trip.
