Booking staff roster and waiter profiles
Assign waiters, hostesses, and supervisors to a booking, keep freelance waiters without a login, and see shift cost. Identity documents stay private on the server for the workspace owner.
New
- A staff roster for bookings: waiter, hostess, or supervisor, permanent or freelance. Assign with the booking time range, a conflict check, and hourly, per-event, or fixed cost.
- Freelance waiters are paid in cash per event and recorded as expenses. Permanent employees go through a payroll run. One name shows in the workspace language, with a fallback.
- Passport, civil ID, and health card files stay on private server storage. Only the owner can view them through a short-lived signed link, each view is logged, consent is required, and files are kept for one year after the last booking.

- Staff assignment opens a WhatsApp link with a ready message. There is no WhatsApp API send.
