Safer variant saves
Saving sizes and colors updates only those options. Other product details stay in place. If the product changed while you were editing, the save shows an error instead of overwriting.

- Variant identifiers stay the same inside the product details so package tiers keep their links.
Fixed
- Variant save now merges option data into the product instead of replacing the whole record. A concurrent edit returns a conflict.
- A failed save shows an error toast and field messages so the editor is not silent.
