Bookings list and page use the same Orders components
The bookings list now uses the orders row, grid, and empty, loading, and error states. The booking page uses the same folds, items, delivery, notes, and stacking as an order, without a new design.

- The booking page stacks like an order, reuses items, delivery, and notes sections, and keeps staff and inventory in the bottom operations fold.
Fixed
- Booking rows use the orders list row and eight-column grid, with guests and balance as chips instead of their own columns.
- Empty, loading, and error states on bookings match the orders list, including the same spacing and spinner.
