Bookings operations desk: agenda, full page, and calendar move
When the bookings switch is on, Services opens on today and the week ahead. A booking is a full page with event, staff, payments, deposit, damage, checklist, and inventory. The calendar can drag to a new slot with a capacity check. With the switch off the previous page is unchanged.
New
- An operations home shows today, this week, deposits held, needs review, and balance due, with an agenda grouped by morning and evening.
- Create, reschedule, cancel, and assign staff from the workspace. Damage photos, checklists, and items out or returned sit on the booking. Payment and invoice stay on the order.
Improved
- The booking calendar supports month, week, and day views, marks full days, and moves a booking by drag with a capacity check.
