Bookings record and payment options
Each service booking now has its own record linked to the order. Full payment, advance plus balance, and deposit are all supported. Invoice numbers, list filters, register addresses, and photo privacy are fixed.
New
- A dedicated booking record stores the slot, event address, package, guests, deposit ledger, and status, linked one-to-one with the order.
- Every booking supports full payment, an advance percent plus balance, and a security deposit. The advance percent is set per workspace.
- Each catering service can be booked twice a day. A lock stops two channels taking the last slot. Owner and operations can still override a full or closed day.
- A Needs review flag and filter mark bookings whose backfill match was unclear.
Fixed
- Invoice numbers read the invoice field. Booking list filters run in the database. Legacy booking routes require permission.
- The register requires an event address for catering. Booking and damage photos stay on a private disk.
