Order invoices print cleanly, with one customer and a total that adds up
Printing an order no longer includes the workspace sidebar or header. The invoice shows payment status, lists the customer once, and its lines add up to the order total.

- Full-page and receipt prints both show payment status.

- Invoice and print colors follow the workspace theme.
Fixed
- Print shows only the invoice. The workspace sidebar and header stay off the page.
- The customer appears once on the order page. Invoice lines add up to the server total, including leftover charges when needed.
