The order page now matches the quick view, with the right prices and permissions
Open an order and see the customer, payment, notes, print, and outstanding balance immediately. Lite keeps those essentials; Advanced adds addresses, shipping, and refunds. Payment status is a fixed list, and refunds offer KNET where it is connected—not a card processor the shop does not use.

- Lite always shows the customer, payment, and notes. Advanced adds the rest. The page reuses the sticky bar, customer card, driver copy, compact items, payment link, and timeline from the list quick view, with print, a receipt, payment history, and a flag when a cash order is done but still unpaid.
Fixed
- Prices, the unpaid balance, and payment status come from the server. Payment status is chosen from a fixed list, never typed in by hand.
- Actions you cannot take are hidden. Refunds, status changes, and deleting an order follow the same permissions on the server and on the page.
- Refund options include KNET where MyFatoorah is active, and a card refund only if that processor is connected for the shop. Colors and Arabic layout follow the workspace theme, including right-to-left.
- A refund can only be created for an order in your shop. Card-network refunds stay pending until they are confirmed. Editing line items lets the server set the total, and a completed refund updates payment status to refunded or partially refunded.
- Only the owner, operations, and finance can change payment status or mark an order paid. A sales representative can still update the order, but those payment controls are hidden.
