Reports library with private frozen packs and in-app schedules
Merchants can save report definitions, build private CSV, spreadsheet, and PDF packs that freeze at generation, run a schedule now from the app, pause in-app schedules, and keep downloads behind permission and expiry. Management figures stay labeled as management, not certified books or a live fiscal close.

- The Reports library and builder keep saved definitions, snapshots, clone, and delete on the existing reporting routes. Packs stay private to the actor and workspace; a later definition edit does not rewrite an already frozen pack.
- Private packs can be generated as CSV, XLSX, and PDF, downloaded only with permission while unexpired, and cancelled or retried without mailing or turning live ticks on. Manual Run now from the app creates those in-app packs; schedules can be paused and edited without a live tick.
- Management metrics stay honest management views. This package does not rewrite finance, certify statutory books, activate fiscal close, repair history, or turn on live ticks or email delivery.
