Safer Kayan install records; automatic Kayan purge stays off
Kayan can keep an explicit install row, uninstall still writes a thirty-day marker, and the Kayan-only deleter ships turned off pending a separate approval. Other apps stay marker-only. Inbox and unrelated shop data stay.

- Explicit TenantAppInstall rows can record that Kayan is installed. Production still falls back to the live module flag until a separate enforce step; deploying this version does not force-install shops or turn answering on.
- Automatic physical deletion of Kayan-only shop data stays off. The daily job and artisan command can list eligible rows in dry-run without deleting. Turning deletion on needs an explicit process flag, not a restart or config cache.
- The Apps Kayan panel states this PREP: other apps remain marker-only, human inbox history stays, and dry-run counts do not cover every later deletion category.
