Clearer takeovers, safer retries, honest send status
A newer shopper message or a teammate taking over stops older Kayan replies that were still waiting to send. Interrupted shop actions retry the same attempt instead of blindly repeating it. Failed and uncertain sends stay visible to staff.
Improved
- If the shopper corrects a message or a person takes the conversation, older Kayan text and photos still queued to send are dropped so a stale reply is less likely to go out.
- Retrying the same interrupted shop action (such as a payment link or shipment booking) does not send a second provider request when the first attempt may already have been accepted. Staff see an unresolved attempt instead of a silent repeat.
- Outbound messages distinguish waiting to send, accepted by the channel, delivered, read, failed, and unknown channel results. Failed and unknown stay on the conversation for staff.
