Kayan says only what actually happened

Shop assistant replies distinguish finished work from queued work, recover a created order instead of duplicating it after a timeout, and stop claiming a teammate handoff unless that handoff was recorded.

Improved

  • If a tool loop stops early, Kayan records the handoff and attention signal first, then tells the shopper what succeeded, what failed, and what remains — without dumping internal action payloads.

Fixed

  • Prices, stock, order IDs, and currency amounts must match the live tool result exactly, including Kuwaiti three-decimal money and Arabic numerals. A timeout after the same in-flight create recovers that order; a later identical order is still a new order.
