Kayan as a shop app: clearer workspace, working traces, real uninstall
Shop Kayan pages now follow merchant tasks, the traces screen is a real reachable route, and uninstalling Kayan in Apps stops answering for that store without deleting history.

- Kayan workspace pages explain what they are for, what the numbers mean, and what to do next, in English and Arabic, without fake zeros.
- Uninstalling Kayan in Apps turns off answering, shop chat, and queued Kayan work for that store. Conversations, knowledge, and settings stay. Reinstall does not turn answering back on by itself.
Fixed
- Opening /workspace/kayan/traces no longer 404s after login. Direct refresh and trace-detail links stay on the same store.
- Shop chat and runtime setup no longer turn Kayan answering back on when the store is installed but answering is off, even if it was never activated.
