Safer shop answer cache: FAQ only, versioned, no fake completion
Shop Kayan now caches only context-free FAQ answers keyed by knowledge and config version, skips handoff and tool turns, and no longer stores a fake completion when a tool loop ends empty.
Fixed
- The shared answer cache stores context-independent FAQ only, includes knowledge and config version in the key, and never stores customer, order, follow-up, tool, handoff, or personalized turns. A kill switch can disable the cache without a rollback.
- Only a verifier-ok answered outcome is stored. Citation-fail transfer copy is not cached while verification still passed.
- An empty tool loop keeps the real action result instead of a fake Done line, and that incomplete outcome is not cached.
- Deleting a knowledge chunk flushes the shop answer cache, matching update and rollback.
