Kayan closed loop: quality rates, knowledge gaps, citations, and merchant save
Shop Kayan now writes containment and retrieve rates, mines knowledge gaps into a prefilled draft, cites catalog and policy sources, and lets merchants save a sandbox reply after editing.

- Talk-to-human confirmation on the web concierge picks Egyptian or Gulf Arabic from the shop market instead of a single Kuwaiti line.
- A daily quality job writes tenant containment, verify-fail, and empty-retrieve rates from live traces onto the Kayan overview using one shared definition.
- Knowledge-gap mining lists topics after handoffs, retrieve misses, and verify fails. Draft opens a prefilled knowledge chunk. A kind-by-locale coverage scorecard shows last embed, seven-day retrieve hit, and a seed action for missing recommended kinds.
- Merchants can mark a Kayan inbox reply good, bad, wrong-price, or wrong-lang. Feedback is stored on the message and trace, visible in Activity, and exportable. Sandbox replies save as sandbox knowledge after an edit, and never store an invented price without a catalog id. Catalog and policy claims carry sources, shown as discreet From catalog / From store policy chips.
