Kayan quality floor: isolation, embed on write, and always-on verify
Shop Kayan now embeds knowledge on save, never retrieves inactive chunks, always verifies replies even after tools, and hides Thai until that language is real.
Fixed
- Creating or editing workspace knowledge embeds immediately so preview can find the new text. Inactive chunks never retrieve, and pinned rows without an embedding are synced or skipped.
- Customer-facing replies always run verification; empty product search JSON cannot skip an invented price. Thai is hidden from the persona language list. Quality tests (isolation, knowledge, policy, verifier, customer session) run on every backend PR using fixtures, not a live model.
Security
- Knowledge, traces, and sandbox stay inside the signed-in workspace. Unrouted legacy conversation and order generators that ignored tenant scope are removed.
