Inbox no longer doubles a sent reply, and Instagram times and order are right
A staff reply stays as one bubble when live delivery lands during send. Incoming Instagram messages use the real send time, not a 2004 date, and the thread stays in send order even for older rows with a bad clock.
Fixed
- A manual reply no longer appears twice in the thread when the live event arrives before the send response.
- Incoming Instagram messages use the webhook send time instead of a 2004 date.
- Instagram thread messages stay in send order even when an old row still has a 2004 send time; those rows sort and show by stored create time without rewriting them.
