Inbox list stays put, white card, Reply menu, and saved channel

Channel filters no longer shuffle conversations. The inbox uses the same white card as Orders. The Reply chevron opens a menu above Customer details. Channel, tab, and search stay after reload and mobile back.

Fixed

  • Conversation order is last message time (nulls last), then id. Silent refresh, live updates, open, and read no longer reshuffle rows unless the last message time changed.
  • Inbox list and thread panes use the same stage fill as Orders and Products in light and dark mode.
  • The Reply chevron opens a portal menu above the composer, flips up when space below is tight, and sits above the Customer details bar so every option is clickable.
  • Channel, tab, and search stay in the URL on the list and thread pages. Reloading or the mobile back button restores the last filter. Last-used channel, tab, status, unread, and assigned are saved per workspace when the URL has none; search stays in the URL only. Thread routes stay /workspace/conversations/:id; extra path segments 404.
