Inbox rebuilt to match the staff mock, with working controls
Open a thread without losing tab, channel, or search. Every list and composer control on the mock now does its job: internal notes stay with staff, assign and resolve update the queue, and saved replies insert into the box.
Improved
- Inbox tab, channel, search, and conversation id stay in the URL. Opening a thread, going back, or a live update no longer resets the list or refetches from scratch.
- The list and thread match the staff mock: All / Mine / Needs you counts, compose, filters, assignee, resolve, customer details, previous orders, read ticks, day separators, and channel badges.
- Reply versus internal note, attachments, emoji, saved replies (list, insert, manage), and send all work. Internal notes are stored for staff and never sent to the customer.
- Assigning a teammate writes “took over from Kayan”, pauses the assistant, and the footer shows paused or active from real state. Kayan resolved N today is a live count.
