Yes. Pause one thread or pause Kayan for the whole workspace. A human takes over.
Does Kayan open real orders?
Kayan opens a pending order when the customer confirms. You confirm it in Orders. Payment links and shipments follow the tools you left on.
How do I teach Kayan?
Persona do and don't, plus knowledge you pin: identity, policy, FAQ. You can also set a custom persona per channel. Kayan retrieves from this workspace, not the internet.
