Data deletion request

Use this page to ask Sastemny to delete personal data obtained through Facebook Login or Instagram messaging. This form is public. You do not need a Sastemny account.

How to request deletion

  1. Submit the form below with your name and email. Add a Facebook, Instagram, or app user ID if you have one.
  2. Or open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Sastemny → Remove, and choose to delete data. Meta then notifies Sastemny automatically.
  3. We send you a confirmation code. Sastemny operators are notified at info@shieldraeg.com.
  4. We delete Meta authorization data for Sastemny: Facebook Login user IDs, OAuth tokens, and linked WhatsApp / Instagram messaging connections obtained through that login.

Workspace commerce records that are not tied to that Meta identity (for example product catalogs or orders created without Facebook Login) are not removed by this request. Write to info@shieldraeg.com if you need a broader account deletion.

If you know the Meta user ID from Facebook Login or Instagram messaging, include it so we can match connected workspaces faster.
