Do I need a storefront to use the catalog?
No. Chat and Kayan sell from the catalog even if the shop is not published yet.
How does stock work?
You set on-hand stock per warehouse. Services use staff hours, not warehouse stock.
Where do orders come from?
From chat, the storefront checkout, or a manual order in the workspace.
What does order tracking mean here?
The order status: new, confirmed, preparing, completed. Carrier tracking lives on Shipping. See shipping
Does the shop update when I edit a product?
Yes. Active products show live. Storefront layout is published on its own page.
